About IMCD Mexico
Our entry into the market began in 2019 with the acquisition of "DCS Pharma", which was renamed IMCD Mexico in April 2020. In the same year, Millikan and Banner Química were acquired, extending IMCD's commercial offerings to Food & Nutrition, Home Care and I&I, in addition to Beauty & Personal Care.
Expansion into Industrial Solutions, Coatings & Construction and Lubricants & Energy materialized in 2021 with the acquisition of Maquimex.
In 2022, IMCD Mexico established new headquarters in Torre Polanco, Mexico City, and business expansion continued in the Advanced Materials markets with the acquisition of PromaPlast®.
In 2024, Bretano was added to strengthen the Food & Nutrition business unit.
Finally, in 2025, the Industrial Solutions, Home Care and I&I, Lubricants and Energy, and Coatings and Construction segments were grouped under the corporate name: International Chemical Product Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. (ICPS Mexico).
