CATALYST 510

CATALYST 510 is a highly efficient platinum complex catalyst diluted in Polymer VS medium. As a platinum divinyl tetramethyl disiloxane complex, CATALYST 510 contains 5000 ppm of platinum and is well suited for formulations in the advanced materials industry. CATALYST 510 provides exceptional reactivity even at very low concentrations of just 10-20 ppm platinum used in formulations. This allows for high crosslinking rates and short pot lives which is ideal for applications requiring rapid curing such as in advanced composite manufacturing. CATALYST 510's diluted medium of Polymer VS prevents uncontrolled increases in crosslinking rates, important for precise control over material properties in high-performance advanced materials.
