POLYMER VS 100

POLYMER VS 100 is a vinyl-terminated polydimethyl siloxane with a viscosity of 100 mPas at 25 °C and a vinyl content of 0.40 mmol/g. It serves as a base polymer in addition-crosslinking silicone formulations. Due to its low content of volatile constituents and crosslinking mechanism, POLYMER VS 100 provides excellent properties for advanced material applications. The curing shrinkage remains low and no volatile or corrosive substances are formed while curing POLYMER VS 100. It can be used for a wide range of advanced material applications by selecting suitable cross-linkers, catalysts, additives and fillers. POLYMER VS 100 is an ideal base polymer solution for developing materials with high strength, flexibility and durability.
