TYPE SF

TYPE SF is an unsaturated distilled monoglycerides made from edible, refined vegetable oil (sunflower). It is meeting the specification for identification and purity on food additives given by FAO/WHO, US FDA and Japan MHLW. TYPE SF is suitable for food applications as it provides benefits like emulsification, texture and stability. As a food additive, TYPE SF helps in creaming and shortening processes. It has a minimum monoester content of 93% and minimum iodine value of 95% making it well suited for food applications.
