TEGOMER E 525

TEGOMER E 525 is a highly efficient dispersing additive especially designed for the preparation of polyethylene color concentrates and filler compounds. TEGOMER E 525 can be used in a cold or hot mixing process but in general cold mixing is preferred since hot mixing has the risk of formation of agglomerates which are wetted by TEGOMER E 525 only from the outside. TEGOMER E 525 provides benefits like increase of colour strength, higher productivity and lower costs for coloration, high filling grades of pigments, excellent clarity and reduction of speck formation in films or thin moulded parts, less agglomerates and aggregates, and excellent dilution behaviour. These properties of TEGOMER E 525 make it suitable for applications in the advanced materials industry where high performance materials are required.
